FAQ

 

1. How fast is the order processing?

The processing of orders lasts no longer than several days. The delivery time is usually from 2 to 5 weeks since sending time depending on customs work.

 

2. Do you have the items in stock and will they be sent immediately or should I wait until you receive them from suppliers?

All items are in stock unless “preorder” is indicated in the item description.

 

3. I made a mistake in my order. How can I add or remove an item?

In menu "My Account" choose “Order history”, choose there the required Order Code and press “Change”. This option is available before your order is in processing.

 

4. Can I get any discounts when making a large order?

If the total cost of your order exceeds $40 you will be offered to choose a gift during items choice. After finishing, in “Change order” mode this option is unavailable.

In our shop there are also following discounts: (the discounts are additive)

if the total cost of the items is more than $60 the discount is 2%
if the total cost of the items is more than $100 the discount is 3%
if the total cost of the items is more than $180 the discount is 5%

besides that, there is an accumulative discounts:
1% for each $200 spent in a shop until 10% for $2000.
12,5% for $3000
15% for $4000

 

5. What is the Discount coupon and how can I get it?

The Discount coupon is usually provided to the customers during sales and active special offers. The coupon could be either send to a customer by e-mail or published at the website. Besides that, there is a possibility to make a gift to your friend by buying a coupon for a definite sum in advance.

 

6. Privacy Policy

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

 

7. Return and refund policy

You can return an item to us if there are some defects in the received item. Each case will be considered personally. For return you have to write a letter to our e-mail indicating Order Code, item name and defect. Claims without Order Code will not be considered. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date.

 

8. I have received confirmation of sending the Order and a postal delivery number. What shall I do with it?

10. What is the shipping charges?

We have a fixed shipping price for all countries - $6 for first CD and $2 for each additional for registered airmail shipping.
